Our designers produce a limited amount of each style and therefore we may sell out of an item quickly with no way of re-ordering. Our preferred method of payment is through Paypal. Payal is a secure payment processor owned by ebay and more than 65 million people use Paypal. You can use your credit card or a bank account instant transfer.
(Please note: to pay with a bank account instant transfer you must already have a paypal account that allows instant transfers and has a bank account linked to it. If your account doesn't offer instant transfers you can instead transfer funds from your bank account into your paypal account and then pay using your paypal account balance. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can place your order here manually. Please list style #, size, quantity, and color of the item. Also please indicate method of payment and mailing date. Remember, merchandise will not be shipped until after payment is cleared. If you need to receive the item in a short period of time, Paypal is the fastest way to complete an order.

We will happily exchange your item for another size or even a totally different item within 7 days of receipt (verified by USPS delivery confirmation). Item must be unworn, and free of perfume, smoke or any other odor, with all tags still attached. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable, but you can use the difference towards the purchase of another item. Shipping is non-refundable.
You must receive a Return Authorization Number before you can return the merchandise. You can do this by calling 678-358-8862, or emailing Support@kidhanewear.com.
The RAN # must be posted on your return merchandise.
Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date your item is mailed back for us to email you when your return or exchange has been processed.
Jewelry, lingerie, swimwear and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Its really easy to choose your size!
You can go by either your numerical size or your measurements. If you are in between sizes it is usually best to go with the larger size.
You'll find that our sizing is similar to that of most junior's clothing stores like Bebe, Forever 21, Wet seal, Know Style, 579, and many others. They run smaller than most women’s sizes but usually have a lot of spandex so one size can usually fit two different sizes. However, we do recommend that if you are in between sizes you go up to the larger size.

How to take your measurements:
*bust: Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest area of your bust.
*waist: Measure at your natural waist line.
*hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button.
